Susie's Medford Flower Shop

I placed an order for an arrangement that cost me over $130, and when it arrived, it was half the size I was expecting. While the arrangement is pretty, the picture led me to believe that it would be much larger, and for what we received, it was entirely too expensive. Also, the message that I wrote was not included with the delivery. I will not be buying from this shop again.

The bouquet and vase options were very cute, like all the personalized options. Took a while to get delivered for how expensive it all is. My best friend was very very happy for her birthday so it was fun!

Sherry was fantastic to deal with! I placed the order online, but ended up working out some final details with her on the phone. At every step she was helpful, considerate of my needs, gracious and professional. The resulting bouquet and card was exactly what our grieving friend needed, and we will definitely use Susie's again!! I highly recommend them!

Thank you for putting together a beautiful birthday flower arrangement for my mom. She loved the '48 Ford flower vase. It reminded her of the truck my mom and dad bought me when I graduated high school in '71. Will be using you again.

I ordered flowers on line, and never talked with anyone at the shop. However, everything went smoothly; my 95 year old mom received her beautiful birthday flowers on time, and she loves them. They have remained fresh and lovely. I will definitely order her flowers again from this florist. Highly recommend!
